Booking & Payment

How do I make a booking?
You can book through the website or by DM on Instagram.
When is a booking confirmed?
Once the 30% deposit has been paid.
How does payment work?
30% deposit at booking, remaining balance on the day of the shoot.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer, online payment, or on-site payment.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
Full (100%) deposit refund if cancelled at least 2 weeks before the shoot; only 50% refunded within 2 weeks.
Can I cancel on the day of the shoot due to unforeseen circumstances?
Yes.
What happens if the photographer doesn't show up?
You'll receive a 100% refund of all payments made (including the deposit), plus a 30% discount on rebooking.
What happens if I (the customer) don't show up?
The deposit is non-refundable. A 15% discount is offered on rebooking.
What if the photographer arrives late?
The delay is deducted from the agreed shooting time.
Can I get makeup or styling done?
This service is not currently offered.
How do I arrange hanbok, outfits, or props?
These must be rented and paid for separately by the customer.

Deliverables & Retouching

Can I get just the raw shots, without retouching?
Yes. (10% discount applied)
What if I don't like the photos taken?
The shoot fee is non-refundable. However, you'll get one additional round of selection from the full raw photo pool at the 1st selection stage.
What if I don't like the retouched photos?
One free round of revisions is included. Any further revisions incur an additional fee.
What do I actually receive as deliverables?
Retouched versions of your selected photos, plus the originals. (e.g., select 50 shots from the shoot, choose 10 of those for retouching)

Location & Timing

Can you shoot in cities other than Seoul?
No, shoots outside Seoul are not available.
Can you shoot in special locations like hiking trails?
No.
Can you provide vehicle pickup?
No.
What are the available shooting hours?
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Can you shoot at night in the city?
Available upon consultation.
Can I book a full-day shoot around Seoul?
Available upon consultation.
